Brazil is a beautiful country full of amazing places and warm, welcoming people. For our little virtual trip around the world, we decided that São Paulo deserves a stop. The city is very big with many, many interesting and captivating places that are worth visiting. This time we will tell you about the Cultural Center of São Paulo (CCSP) where you can go read a book, see a movie, a theater play or attend a concert.
The CCSP is one of two main cultural places of the city and the first institution that was fully accepted as a “cultural center”. It was inaugurated in 1982 and has a surface of 46,500 square meters. At first it was planned to be a library, but as the time passed it was transformed into a gigantic cultural space with activities from different areas.
There is always an event happening there, people dancing in every corner, and art everywhere. And besides that the prices are quite reasonable.
You can go even just to relax and hang out with you friends. Spend all your day surrounded by beautiful, captivating things and get lost between the exhibitions and people. There are six galleries, four theaters, one cinema and one arena for music, dance and art performances, which means that there is no way you can get even close to being bored.
To learn more about their history and be updated with news from them, you can check out their official website and follow them on Facebook.
