Celebrities we love to hate

For some reason I was really drawn to typing “most hated celebrities” and seeing what Google will say about it. First I was shocked to see that a list is being made every year with names of celebrities we love to hate. Let alone the fact that those lists existed, some names I found on there really caught me by surprise. For some reason there are certain people that just get on our nerves. Here are some name of famous people that maybe know how to get under your skin, or you just don’t like them for reasons unknown.

The first name that popped into my mind was Lindsay Lohan. The former childhood star and a girl with a lot of mugshots doesn’t leave anyone indifferent. You are probably rolling your eyes as you read this. Lindsay is now engaged and we hope she is happy and back on the right track. From one ginger to another, get them Lilo, prove to everyone you can get back on your feet!

Of course Kim Kardashian’s name was there, people either love her or hate her, no middle. We think her whole family could be on the list, and Kanye can certainly make the cut with some of his statements. You may like them all or not, but respect to them for working hard and building their empire. If you don’t like them, switch the channel.

Gwyneth Paltrow was never one of my favorites, I can’t explain exactly why but I just don’t like her. She caused quite a controversy with Vanity Fair scandal, and I’m sure her divorce (a.k.a. conscious uncoupling) has given the world even more material to turn on her. Gwyneth, I may not like you but you are a good actress. Apparently, people don’t like you because you talk too much and seem pretentious. Since you were voted the most hated celebrity of 2013, maybe you should work on that.

Somehow people are annoyed by Anne Hathaway. It came to the point that I read that several publishers turned her book down because they thought people would not be interested in something she wrote. How can you hate on her? It’s like hating Bambi if you ask me.

Chris Brown earned his place here with his unfortunate actions. No, we don’t think he should be off the hook just because time has passed since that night. Violence like that is unforgivable if you ask me. Can he get a permanent place on the list, please?

John Mayer is a singer, songwriter and Hollywood heart breaker. I really love one of his songs, so I have developed this skill of avoiding to get to know more about him just so it wouldn’t ruin that one song for me. So far I am doing good. And for all the ladies out there, if he has a bad reputation just try to stay away from him. Otherwise, if that kind of a guy breaks your heart it can’t be just his fault. You chose to play with fire.

Justin Bieber. Do I even need to say more? He had a rough time in the last years and it was just one scandal after the other. I don’t like him and I am definitely too old for that kind of music. Still, I just think he needs some help and stability, he is very young and I hope fame doesn’t push him to the dark side.

Seriously, Ashton Kutcher is on the list? Seriously? Was it because Two and a Half Men? I agree that when he took over the show had a rough period, but it wasn’t his fault. And the last season of the show is quite hilarious. I get also that what he did to Demi was awful, but I still think he is a cool guy. Seriously, how can you hate such a cute face?

Taylor Swift seems to be pushing people’s buttons. Maybe it’s her songs that are always about breakups and ex lovers (so I’ve heard, I don’t know a single song from her, and i take a bit of pride in that statement). People kind of love to guess which song is about who and then they hate on her for hating that guy in the first place. Well, maybe Taylor doesn’t know how to pick them, but what teenage girl does.
