This month we’ll be… January 2017

January is always about making plans and resolutions. However, were not here to share those, but our regular dose of what we look forward to and find awesome for this month.

Putting words on paper (or screen in this case) tends to give us a new perspective on things. That is why we decided to keep our tradition of doing “This month we’ll…” posts in 2017. I’m listening to…

Iv – Kanye West’s Fade as it’s a great song for dancing and working out. When I run out of motivation I just remember the gorgeous girl in the video and I keep on sweating it out. 🙂

D –Everything that can put me in a happy mood.

I’m watching…

Iv – Documentaries about everything. From Planet Earth to fashion documentaries and everything in-between. By the way, feel free to recommend me your favourites.

D – I might be repeating myself here, but everything that can put me in a happy mood, from TV series to stand-up comedies.

I can’t resist…

Iv – Lately I wasn’t able to resist Garance Dore’s book called Love x Style x Life. I enjoyed reading it so much, and now that I’ve finished it I’ll just keep on checking her website that I love so much! So much! Also, Instagram Stories. I am so hooked (heeelp!).

D –Eating candies, if holidays are not about eating, then I don’t know what they’re about..and I don’t want to find out.

I’ll be wearing…

Iv – Layers and layers of warm clothes. I can’t wait for the spring to come and for my big winter jacket to retire till the next season.

D –Scarves, boots, jackets, anything that can make me look like yeti!

I’m crushing on…

Iv – All the cool little details for interior decorating that you can find on Ebay. Maybe I’ll share some of my faves on Instagram, so keep en eye on it.

D – I am still crushing on my favorite perfume – Alien by Thierry Mugler, I don’t know what’s it about, but I love it. And probably I love it mostly because it reminds me of fun times.

I’m inspired by…

Iv – Celebratory holiday mood and spreading only love and good vibes.

D – Well, I’m a bit uninspired these days, but I will get back on track in a week or two.

I’m grateful for…

Iv – There is so much to be grateful for that I don’t know where to start. Let’s just say that I am happy that all of my loved ones made it to 2017 and that we have a new year ahead of us to make it awesome.

D – Well, for being a bit wiser and knowing a bit better. Hopefully! 🙂

I will remember 2016 by…

Iv – Achieving some great goals, learning big lessons, loving hard, laughing a lot, shredding a few tears. All in all, it was a year when I grew a lot and I am very happy for that.

D – All the lessons I learnt, probably. All the things that I din’t do, but I wanted to, that’s what will push me further this year.
