Weekends are always good for catching up on all the great exhibitions that you maybe didn’t have the time to see. I used my Sunday to see Inez and Vinoodh exhibition in one of my all time favourite museums called Fotografiska. The Photography Museum in Stockholm is truly amazing and I like to visit it as often as possible. Me and my friend used the last day before the program changes, and we managed to see Inez and Vinoodh before it ended. I read that this was one of their first showings in the Nordic area, and I hope there will be more to come.
The exhibition was a mix of their work, including fashion photography, some interesting shots of flowers, portraits of numerous celebrities and even images of photographers themselves. It was all out there, in their recognisable style, revealed for the eye with a certain dose of rawness. Somehow their images seem very planned but never posy. I especially like their work because it’s somehow very down to Earth and inspirational. I share with you a few pictures of what left the biggest impression on me.
