I love this mascara so much that I wanna shout it from the top of my lungs. But, Instead, here’s a Glossier Lash Slick Mascara Review.
Glossier did not become such a big name by chance. Girls from around the world run to its millennial pink stores to renew their supplies. Started by Emily Weiss, the blogger behind Into The Gloss, the company is growing extensively and with a cult following. And with beautiful packages, great and affordable products, and cool and direct communication how wouldn’t it?
Anyhow, you all probably know how cool Glossier is. They launched their online store for Sweden this summer and I just couldn’t resist ordering some makeup. After all, it feels like everyone on Instagram is raging about their highlighters, blushes, and so on. I was on a hunt for a new mascara so I decided to give Glossier Lash Slick a try. Described as a perfect everyday mascara it sounded exactly like what I needed. This description helped to convince me:
“Lash Slick curls and sculpts as it lengthens, enhancing the look of your natural lashes instead of clumping them together or spackling them in product.”
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I can tell you – it was love at first sight. My lashes became long and nicely defined and they weren’t clumped together! Each of them stood by itself in all its glory. My life was changed. I kissed goodbye my Max Factor mascara that I’ve been using for years and decided never to look back.
The brush is perfectly sized for applying mascara from the roots on. It’s also perfect for accessing lashes in the corners. The mascara doesn’t fade or smudge which is a great plus. They say it’s water resistant, but not waterproof (I’m not sure what the difference is). It does take a bit of effort to remove it with the makeup remover I use. But hey, if the mascara stays on all day, then I guess it won’t go off with the first swipe of your wet wipe.
Glossier Lash Slick Mascara Review recap: I am super happy with this mascara for an everyday look. I love the texture and the brush as well as how it defines my lashes without clumps. It’s definitely one of the products I plan on buying again. What’s your do to mascara?
