Batiste Dry Shampoo Love

  • Ivona Josipovic

Most of us girls struggle to keep our hairstyles in check, and for me, the biggest problem is keeping my hair clean without washing it too often. Doina already shared her recommendation about a shampoo that helped her, and I’m here to continue the hair talk but with Batiste Dry Shampoo this time.

While my mom is one of those ladies that can have a blown out hair for a week, I’m unfortunately not like that at all. My hair gets oily super quick and shampooing it too often tends to make it even worse. So, I had to find some other solution to make my hair look decent for at least 3 days. Let’s face it, if you have long hair it takes up lots of energy and time to wash and style it every day. It is also bad for hair’s quality and can cause irritation of the skin. In order to avoid all that I started my quest to find the best dry shampoo to save me and my hair.

Batiste Dry Shampoo

After trying out a few I came across Batiste Dry Shampoo and I loved it from the first spray. It made my hair look like I just got out of the salon, it smelled amazing and it was easy to use. I came across it about 3 years ago and I only changed it when I wasn’t able to find it in stores. It is safe to say that I wasn’t remotely happy with any other brand. While Batiste offers variation of sprays for different hair colours my all time favourite is the pink one called Floral and Flirty Blush. It has a great smell but it’s not too over powering, and while the spray itself is white it’s not hard to bland it into your hair.

A few of my friends got hooked on it too after my recommendations, so I thought why not share it with you guys. It has certainly helped me so I hope some of you will give it a try too. I know that I won’t be giving up on it any time soon as it can be a real saviour sometimes. Make sure to tell me about your experience if you give it a shot!

It’s certainly hard to find a good dry shampoo for fine, oily, hair! I’ve tried the all natural route, which I feel made it even worse! I’ve been using Dove, which has been working for me, but I’ll have to check this one out. I think i used it years ago, but I don’t remember why I stopped using it exactly. Thanks so much for the helpful post and I hope your’re having a great start to your week so far 🙂

    XO,

I’ve had the hardest time finding a dry shampoo that would work well. I’ve had zero luck until I started using baby powder… but it’s not necessarily made for hair so i’m always paranoid that my roots look a little grey/powdery cuz of it! I’ll give this a try!! Thanks for the tip!

I used to use this all the time! I’ve been skipping dry shampoos lately because I don’t like how frazzled my hair looks next day, but they’re perfect in a cinch to spice up a hairstyle.
